At FlexEssential, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, FlexEssential will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery
